I live in Rome but frequently visit London and the area of Swiss Cottage. I have been with friends and family and each time it has been a great pleasure. Hidden gem in Swiss Cottage. What’s not to like? Updated classic fare, executed to perfection and excellent, friendly service. It’s the ideal place to go before seeing a show at the Hampstead Theatre, right around the corner. I particularly enjoyed my Ceviche starter, an interesting take that included grapefruit and crabmeat. My husband’s venison was superb – best I’ve ever eaten out – really tender and more complex in flavour than what you usually get. We are very good cooks so can be quite hard to please, but we would most definitely go back here again!
